In order to meet the requirements of effectively improving the temperature and relative humidity of products pretreated before ethylene oxide sterilization. Our company designs the corresponding preheating room scheme: adopt the circulating water radiator system, use the rock wool self extinguishing color steel plate to build a relatively closed space, adopt the high-efficiency and energy-saving hot air internal circulation system to keep the corresponding temperature (above 45 ℃) and humidity (above 40% RH) uniformly in the preheating room, so as to ensure the effective pretreatment and energy saving in the target time. The whole process is automatically controlled by professional industrial control computer + Simens PLC, and the heating temperature is controlled by PID. Users can set parameters such as heating temperature, humidity control, start and stop time of internal circulation fan as required. The whole process is recorded and archived by computer, which can be called, viewed and printed at any time.
In order to meet the requirements of effectively reducing the ethylene oxide residue of products sterilized by ethylene oxide. Our company designed the corresponding analysis room scheme: using the chemical properties of ethylene oxide gas molecules under the appropriate temperature. We use an efficient and energy-saving hot air internal circulation system in the relatively closed space to keep the products in the analyzer room at the corresponding temperature (above 30 ℃), and cooperate with the latest American analytical process of regularly discharging residual gas and supplementing filtered air, so as to ensure the effective analysis and energy saving in the target time. The whole process is automatically controlled by professional industrial control computer + Simens PLC, and the heating temperature is controlled by PID. Users can set parameters such as room temperature, start and stop time of internal and external fans as required. The whole process is recorded and archived by computer, which can be called, viewed and printed at any time. According to the analysis process recommended by FDA, the analysis temperature can be set at 30-50 ℃; it has the function of exhaust and air supply system (air change), and the air change time and frequency can be controlled. There are many factors related to the analysis cycle, such as product packaging, sterilization process, cleaning degree in the sterilizer, process parameters used in the analysis room, etc., or it can only be determined after the final residue detection, which cannot be generalized.
